International Orders
For shipments to all countries outside of the U.S. (except Canada)
Giovanni will ship packages using DHL International. For all international
orders, customers are responsible for paying the customs and duties.
Rates will vary. Giovanni cannot determine in advance what these
fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs
office. For shipments to Canada Giovanni will ship packages using
UPS Standard. Giovanni does not collect duties and/or taxes for
shipments to Canada. For shipments to Canada appropriate duty and/or
taxes must be paid directly to UPS at the time of delivery. For
additional assistance regarding International orders and shipping

Returns
If you receive an item that's damaged or defective or is not the
item you ordered, save the box and all the packing material and
contact us at customerservice@giovannicosmetics.com.
Merchandise ordered through the Giovanni website or directly from
Giovanni may be returned to Giovanni, providing the merchandise
is accompanied with a sales receipt. Merchandise purchased at a
participating Giovanni retailer should be returned directly to the
retailer. We suggest that you contact the customer service department
of the retailer where you made your purchase for appropriate instructions
regarding your concerns.

Sales Tax
Giovanni will charge sales tax for items being shipped to any address
in the state of California. For all international orders, including
Canada, customers must pay the shipper directly for all applicable
taxes, customs and import duties. To estimate these costs, please
contact your local customs office.
