Q. What makes Giovanni Magnetic Hair Care products magnetic?

A. Magnetite (Fe3o4): A naturally occurring mineral with magnetic properties and Lactoferrin: a naturally occurring metalloprotein also with magnetic properties.

Q. How will Giovanni Magnetic Hair Care products benefit my hair?

A. As hair grows and becomes more damaged, it acquires a negative (-) electrical charge. The charge is increased through combing, brushing, blow-drying, hair color, relaxers, and permanent waves. The research and development staff at Giovanni has infused Magnetite with proteins and moisturizers to obtain a positive (+) charge. The result is a phenomenon we call Micro-Magnets?. Micro-Magnets? attaches to those portions of your hair that need conditioning, providing a strand-by-strand customized conditioning treatment.

Q. Each Giovanni Magnetic Hair Care product has a specific MDL. What does MDL signify?

A. Each product has its own specific Magnetic Density Level (MDL). The higher the number, the greater the amount of Micro-Magnets? used in the product. For instance, Level 10 has twice as many Micro-Magnets? as Level 5. The higher the number the more conditioning properties the product possesses.

Q. I have color treated hair. Is Giovanni Magnetic Hair Care products safe for my hair type?

A. Yes. These color safe products protect all hair colors from discoloration – perfect for blonde, gray, and color-treated hair.

Q. Where are Giovanni products sold?
